After installation, you might get a bit scared by the horrible interface. If you can live with that, BioniX Wallpaper is actually quite a functional application. Making a playlist of your images is simple - choose 'new playlist', then just drag in the images you'd like as your wallpaper. You can set the time for rotation, in seconds minutes or hours, and pressing play starts the program.
BioniX Wallpaper has the usual fit options like stretch or tile, although some more advanced features are locked in this version, and require you to purchase an upgrade. It unfortunately doesn't support multi-screen wallpapering, but for most people this is not a problem!
Despite the ugly design, BioniX Wallpaper is functional and easy to use. As wallpaper is such a popular download it has become a source of malware, so it's good to see BioniX Wallpaper is an honest and clean application.
